The shoe plates are compatible with every SPD bike shoe and made of anti corrosion treated steel. The shoe plate can be mounted very easily within a few minutes by 2 screws. In comparison to other systems the magped pedal plates are insensitive to dirt. In addition the "walkability" of your bike shoe will be significantly improved.
