The new Hammer helmet is specially designed for all types of off-road wear from MTB to enduro and even e-bikes. Safety was our primary inspiration in the design of both the front and back of the helmet to give the skull full protection. That’s also why we included the in-mould structure as it delivers outstanding mechanical strength and impact resistance. Thanks to the study of airflow dynamics, we’ve successfully created a compact structure with no negative impact on ventilation that ensures the best design to facilitate airflow even at low speeds and in high temperatures, giving you that all-important feeling of freshness. The adjustable Dot Micro Gear fitting system at the back ensures an optimum fit that adapts the helmet to the shape and size of any head and ensures absolute comfort. Hammer features a removable visor with a rachet fastener that is positioned on the helmet at an angle that ensures the widest field of vision.

Dot Divider
The lateral divider ensures rapid adjustment of the helmet’s fastening system.
Dot Inner Frame
The support frame inside the polystyrene ensures superior mechanical strength, preventing the helmet from breaking into multiple pieces during violent impacts.
Dot Micro Gear
This special adjustable system combines the pros of micro-regulation with the opportunity to select three contact points for the helmet.
Dot In Mould
This exclusive manufacturing process enables the thermoformed polycarbonate shell to be co-molded to the EPS liner.
Dot Lower Ring
The in-moulded lower ring protection ensures superior mechanical strenght, reinforces the helmet structure and protects the shell.
Dot Soft Plus
The Dot Soft Plus inner padding is thermoformed with 3D technology on a uniform density honeycomb foam support. The adaptability and shock absorbing capacity of the support provide a cushioning action between the head and the inside of the helmet.
