The Laguiole pocket knife made in France has a X50CrMoV15 steel blade with a natural handle.
The carbon concentration of 0.50 provides a clean cut. The chromium at 0.15 allows its rustproofing. Finally, the percentage of 1% molybdenum and vanadium gives suppleness and therefore facilitates its re-sharpening.
Its top-of-the-range steel is very sharp, with a very good holding wire and easy re-sharpening of the blades.
This wood handle pocket knife is equipped with a corkscrew. The opening and closing system " Liner " is very secure and easy to access thanks to a notched part.
The Laguiole closing knife is delivered with a key for tightening the shaft. It is presented in a Claude Dozorme cardboard box with the famous wolf logo.
The length of the blade is 11 centimetres. The open knife is 22 centimetres long, once closed its size is 12.5 centimetres.
Our travel knife is 100% made in France, in the workshops of the Claude Dozorme cutlery, in an artisanal way.
